Now taking AI implementation engagements

Chartered Accountant, ex-Big 4, with over nine years of experience. I work with business leaders to identify where AI creates real P&L impact — then build and ship the systems that deliver it.

Alongside AI work, I make selective cross-border introductions — Indian businesses to international clients and buyers, overseas companies to vetted Indian partners. [Cross-border partnerships →](https://crossborder.pratikbajoria.com/)

What I do 01 — 06

## AI implementation, *grounded in business reality.*

Most AI initiatives fail because they start with the technology instead of the process. I start with your P&L, your workflows and your constraints — then bring AI to where it actually moves the number.

**Direct answer.** Most engagements begin with the [AI Opportunity Audit](https://pratikbajoria.com/audit) — a fixed-fee two-week sprint that produces a prioritised 90-day roadmap.

01 / STRATEGY

### AI Opportunity Audit

A structured diagnostic of your operations to find where AI delivers measurable ROI — and where it does not.

- Process & workflow mapping
- Use-case scoring by ROI and effort
- Build vs. buy vs. wait analysis
- Prioritised 90-day roadmap

[View package →](https://pratikbajoria.com/audit)

02 / BUILD

### Workflow Automation

Production-grade AI systems built on your existing stack — deployed, tested and handed over with documentation your team can maintain.

- Document & data processing agents
- WhatsApp and email automation
- CRM, ERP and finance integrations
- Internal copilots and assistants

03 / FINANCE

### Finance & Compliance AI

AI applied to the finance function by someone who has actually run it.

- Reconciliation and close automation
- GST, TDS and compliance workflows
- MIS and management reporting
- Audit-ready process controls

04 / ENABLE

### Team Enablement

Adoption is the real bottleneck. I train your people to use AI confidently and correctly, with guardrails that hold up under scrutiny.

- Executive and team workshops
- Prompt libraries and SOPs
- Internal AI usage policy
- Ongoing advisory retainer

05 / SCALE

### Fractional AI Leadership

Senior AI ownership without a senior hire — I sit alongside your leadership team and drive the roadmap to completion.

- Roadmap ownership and governance
- Vendor and tooling selection
- Cost and performance monitoring
- Board and investor reporting

06 / PRODUCT

### AI Product Advisory

For founders embedding AI into what they sell — architecture, positioning and go-to-market, informed by building my own AI product.

- Product architecture review
- Model and infrastructure choices
- Pricing and packaging strategy
- GTM and distribution design

How we work A — D

## From ambiguity *to shipped.*

A deliberately unglamorous four-stage engagement. No pilots that never leave the lab, no decks that gather dust.

STEP 01

### Diagnose

Two weeks inside your operations. I map workflows, interview your team and quantify where time and margin are leaking.

STEP 02

### Prioritise

Every candidate use case scored on business impact, implementation effort and risk. You get a ranked roadmap, not a wish list.

STEP 03

### Build

We ship the highest-value use case first, in weeks rather than quarters. Real system, real users, real measurement.

STEP 04

### Embed

Training, documentation and handover so the capability outlives the engagement. Optional retainer for the next horizon.

Sectors I help 01 — 08

## Where I do my *best work.*

AI implementation isn’t sector-agnostic. These are the industries where my finance background and process expertise translate into faster, safer deployments.

**🏦**

### Financial Services

Wealth management, NBFCs, brokerages and fintech — where accuracy and auditability are non-negotiable.

**Typical build:** client onboarding, portfolio intelligence, KYC automation

**📒**

### Accounting & Professional Services

CA firms, consultancies and advisory practices looking to scale delivery without scaling headcount.

**Typical build:** document extraction, close automation, research agents

**🏭**

### Manufacturing & Distribution

Mid-market manufacturers and distributors with heavy paperwork and thin operating margins.

**Typical build:** invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, MIS reporting

**🛒**

### Retail & E-Commerce

D2C brands and multi-channel retailers drowning in customer queries and order operations.

**Typical build:** support automation, catalogue ops, demand insights

**🏥**

### Healthcare & Diagnostics

Clinics, labs and healthtech operators balancing patient experience with strict record-keeping.

**Typical build:** records digitisation, appointment agents, billing workflows

**🏗️**

### Real Estate & Infrastructure

Developers and brokerages managing long sales cycles, heavy documentation and fragmented lead flow.

**Typical build:** lead qualification, document review, compliance tracking

**⚖️**

### Legal & Compliance Teams

In-house legal and compliance functions handling high-volume contract and regulatory review.

**Typical build:** contract review, policy Q&A, obligation tracking

**🚀**

### SaaS & Technology

Founders embedding AI into the product itself, and tech teams needing senior AI direction.

**Typical build:** product AI architecture, internal copilots, GTM strategy

About

## Chartered Accountant. *AI practitioner.*

I’m Pratik Bajoria — a Chartered Accountant with over nine years of post-qualification experience across audit, financial analysis, taxation and business process transformation. Part of that career was spent at a Big-4 firm; the rest across industry roles and, latterly, building my own ventures.

The Big-4 years taught me something most AI consultants never learn: how enterprise processes actually behave under pressure. Materiality thresholds. Control environments. Why a workflow that looks inefficient on paper often exists for a very good reason. The years since — in operating roles and as a founder — taught me the other half: how to actually ship something inside a business that has limited budget and no patience for theory.

My advantage isn’t that I understand AI. Plenty of people do. It’s that I spent nearly a decade inside the finance and operations functions AI is meant to transform, so I can tell a genuine opportunity from an expensive distraction before you commit budget to it.

Today my main work is advising companies on AI implementation, alongside building **Findost**, my AI-powered wealth management platform. Everything I recommend to clients, I have shipped myself.

I also make a small number of [cross-border introductions](https://crossborder.pratikbajoria.com/) — connecting Indian businesses with international clients and buyers, and overseas companies with vetted Indian partners. Same lens, different problem: I vet both sides the way I would review a counterparty, and I am paid only if a deal closes.

## Findost — AI-powered *wealth management.*

The platform I build and operate. It’s also my proof of work: every AI pattern I recommend to clients has been battle-tested here first.

Findost brings AI-driven intelligence to personal wealth management — helping individuals understand their portfolios, plan their financial futures and make better decisions without needing a finance degree.

Built on a modern AI stack with a CA’s understanding of what financial guidance actually requires: accuracy, context and trust.

## Why implementation, not experimentation

Most organisations already use AI somewhere. Far fewer get a measurable return. These are the sourced numbers behind how I work.

of finance leaders report using AI in their finance function (183 CFOs and senior finance leaders surveyed, May–June 2025), against 37% in 2023.
